Definitions
Subscriber/User: Refers to any individual or legal entity that subscribes to the services of GoPropify (whether paid or free) and accesses the site using a username and password, either provided by GoPropify or chosen by the Subscriber.
Browser/Visitor: Refers to any person utilizing the services offered by GoPropify without creating an account, thus accessing non-restricted portions of the site.
Advertiser: Includes Subscribers/Users who upload or relay content using the services of GoPropify.
Unauthorized User: Any person without a legal or contractual right to access the services but who does so regardless, thus being subject to these terms and conditions.
User/Customer: Encompasses both Subscribers/Advertisers and Browsers/Visitors.
Service/Services: Refers to the interactive online information service provided by GoPropify, including access to the site's database and search tools, as well as space for advertisements such as listings and banners. GoPropify acts as a medium of information exchange and not as an agent for any User/Customer.
RERDA: Stands for the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, along with any rules or regulations framed under it.
Submission and Administration of Listings/Advertisements
Users agree not to submit property descriptions, photographs, financial, contact, or other information without obtaining all necessary rights and authorizations from property owners or their representatives. GoPropify does not take ownership of any banners or listings hosted on its site. Users covered under RERDA must obtain all requisite approvals, licenses, and permits for their listings and ensure compliance with all applicable laws. Users must disclose all material information about the property, including its current status, dimensions, and whether it is free from encumbrances.
Users agree to:
(a) Provide accurate property and associated information.
(b) Ensure that property postings are made under the name of an authorized real estate agent.
GoPropify Limited reserves the right to place property information in defined sections of GoPropify, remove property listings without notice, and does not accept responsibility for verifying the accuracy of submitted data. Users are responsible for retaining backup copies of all submitted materials. Prospective buyers/renters must verify property details independently. The 'verified' tag on properties indicates verification of the property's existence as advertised, but not of documentation, ownership details, area, or pricing.
